Twin Motors Auto Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for UDrive Car Rental at Flin Flon locations. You will greet customers, assist with reservations, help choose vehicles, and explain terms and promotions. You will document vehicle conditions and coordinate check-ins/outs while keeping accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, plus an active driver's license, and involves adhering to local laws and group policies.

• Greet customers onsite and over the phone in a calm, pleasant manner.

• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document damages accurately.
• Ensure car check-in/check-out aligns with terms and maintains communication.
• Maintain customer and inventory databases accurately.
• Ensure rental services comply with local laws and regulations.
• Active Driver’s License required.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

UDrive Car Rental is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our car rental team. Job Duties to be performed at Twin Motors Flin Flon and Flin Flon Airport:

• Greet customers in a calm and pleasant manner when they arrive onsite and over the phone
• Guide customers through the reservation process and answer questions they may have
• Assist the customer in selecting the best vehicle based on their needs
• Explain terms and conditions to the customer and available promotions or discounts
• Perform a walk-around and inspection of the vehicle to note damages and accurate documentation
• Ensure on-going communication with the customer occurs to ensure the car is checked-in and checked-out based on the agreed upon terms
• Maintain the database and ensure customer information is accurate
• Maintain inventory database and ensure the information is accurate
• Ensure rental service are compliant with local laws and regulations
• Active Driver’s License MANDATORY
• Other duties as requested by management
