Cloud Nine Cannabis is seeking a reliable Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our retail locations. This full-time, hands-on role suits someone who can lead a team, run a strong store, and follow through on tasks.

• Previous management and retail experience are highly valued.

• Ability to implement direction and priorities from senior management at the store level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and staffing.
• Supervise, support and direct store employees.
• Hire, train and onboard staff as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation.
• Ensure regulatory and Company compliance.
• Manage opening, closing, cash and daily operational procedures.
• Coordinate supplies, maintenance and other store needs.
• Communicate staffing and operational concerns to senior management.
