Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience; cannabis experience is an asset but not mandatory.

Strong understanding of cannabis regulations or a willingness to complete all required certifications (e.g., CannSell, SellSafe).

Proven ability to lead teams in a high-compliance, high-transaction environment.

Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
