Job summary

Canna Cabana Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-volume cannabis retail team, ensure policy compliance, and drive excellent customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to supervise daily operations, inventory, and staff development.

The role requires CannSell licensing, strong leadership, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and multiple locations. A competitive CAD 21.00–23.00 hourly wage is offered for this full-time position at our Milton

Qualifications

• CannSell license from AGCO.
• Clean Criminal Background check.
• 4-5+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to obtain Cannabis Retail Manager License from AGCO within first month.
• First Aid certification is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing in a Unionized environment.
• Knowledge of cannabis plants and strains.
• Standards of Cannabis Retail stores set by AGCO.
• Knowledge of local and state cannabis laws and regulations.
• Achievement-oriented and hardworking.
• Must pass an extensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and policy changes; ensure compliance.
• Be accessible and resolve team member questions, suggestions and conflicts.
• Lead by example in a high-volume retail store.
• Use feedback to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Track store sales daily to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain store compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Assist with inventory, audits, and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure sales floor is adequately stocked at all times.
