Inspired Cannabis is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations and build a store where customers love to shop and employees are proud to work. You'll be on the floor setting the tone, developing your team, driving sales, and ensuring the store runs exceptionally well.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience with 1-2+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing day-to-day store operations.
• Strong understanding of sales performance, KPIs, labour, inventory and customer experience.
• Coaching-focused leadership style with ability to set expectations and accountability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to take ownership of store results and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an engaged, high-performing store team.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop employees; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Lead by example to foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Own store sales, KPIs, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Review results, identify trends and opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Manage labour scheduling, payroll, expenses, and other costs.
• Oversee daily operations with strong merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations and company policies.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience and address escalations.
• Support community initiatives and store leadership within the local market.
