Job summary

FOUR20 is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Canmore. You will lead the floor, hire and train staff, coach the team, and schedule to deliver exceptional customer experiences while protecting the company’s assets and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will drive store performance through planning, budgeting, and effective communication, with strong emphasis on training and teamwork. This role requires on-site leadership and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading in a retail setting.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a retail supervisory role (required).
• Post-secondary education in a business-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations, including hiring, training, coaching and scheduling.
• Manage store performance, budget, and customer experience.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company values.
• Provide coaching and feedback to drive results and accountability.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
