Inspired Cannabis Komoka is seeking a reliable Keyholder to lead on shift, model excellent customer service, and keep the store running smoothly during busy periods.

You’ll coach teammates, manage opening/closing tasks, ensure compliance, and drive sales while maintaining product knowledge and a positive, accountable team culture.

Provincial cannabis certification is required, and the role offers a fast-paced, team-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age as per provincial regulations (typically 19+).
• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role with leadership experience preferred.
• Provincial cannabis certification (e.g., CannSell or equivalent) required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and model consistent, high-quality customer service, including addressing escalations.
• Coach team members on product recommendations and sales techniques.
• Support achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Maintain store standards, compliance, and a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Provide on-shift leadership and support the training of new employees.
