Zusammenfassung

Dream Cannabis is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability at the Ottawa-area location(s). You will manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory, and drive promotions and seasonal changes while upholding company standards.

You will lead by example, ensure compliance, and provide education to staff and customers. Minimum 3 years in retail with supervisory experience and Cannabis certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years work experience in retail.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role in retail.
• Experience in all aspects of customer service.
• Clear criminal record.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification.
• Ontario Only - Cannabis Retail Manager License, preferred.

Aufgaben

• Foster, develop, and motivate high performing customer success teams in a rapidly changing/growing environment.
• Ensure all customer complaints are addressed and handled professionally.
• Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are met.
• Maintain a full understanding and reinforce departmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Communicate changes in policy, procedures, products, services, promotions, or any other alterations that affect the customer.
• Maintain adequate stock through efficient inventory management and optimization.
• Increase sales, expand markets, and promote business to meet given goals within provided guidelines.
• Ensure processes are maintained for checking deliveries and packaging slips
• Verify invoices against packaging slips and track all expenditures.
• Ensure merchandise is always presented neatly and that items are priced and priced correctly.
• Manage pricing in a product's life cycle by taking seasonal changes into account.
• Authorize all customer refunds.
• Authorize all employee discounts.
• Provide management with required sales, staff, and other assigned productivity reports.
• Balance sales, print and record receipts as well as track revenue daily.
• Make bank deposits daily and reconcile bank statements.
• Record visa and debit accounts.
• Supervise all staff in the establishment and coordinate work to ensure productive operations at all hours.
