High Tide Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for a Canna Cabana location in Alberta. You will lead daily retail operations, manage staff, ensure compliance, optimize inventory, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, health & safety awareness, and the ability to meet performance goals across shifts, including nights and weekends. Cannabis retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have SellSafe Certification.
• Proven ability to supervise staff in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Address customer complaints with a positive resolution.
• Ensure health, safety and security regulations are met.
• Maintain stock and inventory reports.
• Promote sales and meet targets within guidelines.
• Balance cash and reconcile bank statements daily.
• Coordinate ordering and receiving cannabis and accessories.
• Supervise all staff and coordinate operations across shifts.
