Job summary

Canna Cabana Inc. in Calgary, Alberta is seeking Full-Time Shift Leaders to supervise daily store operations at Shawnessy. You will lead staff on shift, greet customers, resolve issues, and drive sales while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a customer‑service mindset. SellSafe certification is mandatory; nights, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and college/CEGEP or vocational/technical training required.
• Demonstrated sales and service orientation required.
• Must have SellSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and assist in management duties on shift.
• Oversee responsibilities of Store Manager in their absence.
• Resolve customer service issues and lead staff on shift.
• Provide direction and training to store associates.
• Ensure store standards, health and safety regulations are followed.
• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs; manage inventory on shift.
