Qualifications

• CannSell certification required to work in a cannabis retail store.
• Police Background Check must be completed.
• Demonstrated sales and service orientation.
• Minimum 2 years in retail; cannabis industry preferred.
• First Aid certification is an asset.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
