Job summary

Canna Cabana Inc. is seeking Full-Time Shift Leaders to supervise daily store operations, lead staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will guide associates, resolve issues, and help meet sales goals while maintaining safety standards across shifts.

The role requires a valid SellSafe certification, a high school diploma, and 2+ years in retail. Cannabis industry experience is preferred and scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have SellSafe Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in the retail industry; cannabis industry preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and service orientation.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and assist store management in daily operations.
• Oversee Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Assist in staffing and handle customer service issues on shift.
• Direct, guide, and train store associates as needed.
• Ensure store standards, health and safety regulations are met.
• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
• Manage inventory on shift and ensure processes are followed.
