Job summary

Canna Cabana Inc. is seeking Part Time Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Provide assistance to store management in supervising daily operations and to oversee the Store Manager in their absence.

You will lead staff on shift, drive sales, handle customer issues, ensure health, safety, and policy compliance, manage staffing and inventory, and model excellent service across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school and college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training required.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in the retail industry required - Cannabis industry preferred.
• Must have valid SellSafe Certification.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills required.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating the daily operations of the store.
• Oversee the responsibilities of the Store Manager in the absence of SM or ASM.
• Assist in the delivery of key personnel management when on shift and resolve customer service issues as needed.
• Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to all store associates as required.
• Ensure store conditions are upheld to established standards.
• Be the sales and customer service leader on shift and model exemplary conduct.
• Greet and assist customers and ensure adherence to policies and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure health, safety, and security regulations are met on shift.
• Achieve sales targets and store-level KPIs; manage staffing levels as required.
• Oversee inventory management and be accountable for shift inventory processes.
