Value Buds Nisku in Canada is seeking a motivated Keyholder/Shift Lead to deliver exceptional service while leading by example in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

You will create a welcoming experience, provide product guidance, and support daily operations including merchandising, POS duties, and inventory checks. Compliance with cannabis rules and ID verification is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service or hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
