Canna Cabana Inc. is seeking knowledgeable, responsible Part-Time Sales Associates in Alberta. Join a team dedicated to growing a leading cannabis retail brand with a strong emphasis on customer service and product knowledge.

You will greet customers, manage inventory, assist with promotions and merchandising, and ensure store standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must have SellSafe Certification.
• Post secondary degree preferred.
• First Aid certification is considered an asset.
• Ability to work any shift based on business needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player mentality.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical problems.
• Passion and excitement for cannabis and derivatives.
• Desire to educate customers and the community about cannabis benefits without giving medical advice.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
• Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels.
• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities for accessories.
• Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
• Adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals.
• Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and positive portrayal of the company.
• Calm irate customers and resolve issues to the best of your ability.
• Take orders from customers and prepare products for purchase.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with issue resolution and process.
• Assist with display of merchandise and inventory management.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
• Participate in store maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Work with management and staff to maximize store sales and presence.
• Answer calls and transfer to the Store Manager.
