Canna Cabana is seeking Part-Time Sales Associates in Ontario to join our cannabis retail team. You will greet customers, discuss product needs, and help maintain store standards while delivering knowledgeable service.

Candidates should have CannSell certification, 2–3 years of retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for cannabis. Availability includes weekends and evenings, with growth opportunities in a fast-growing company.

Formación

• Must provide Cannabis Retail Certification - CannSell license.
• Must provide a clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Retail Experience in sales and customer service.
• First Aid certification is considered an asset.
• Must have knowledge of and passion for cannabis and accessories.
• Must be available for shift work Monday to Sunday.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
• Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels.
• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities for accessories.
• Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
• Adapt communication style to deliver information to a range of individuals.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company positively.
• Take orders from customers and prepare products for purchase.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with issue resolution and process.
