Job summary

Canna Cabana Inc. is seeking part-time Sales Associates in Alberta who are knowledgeable, responsible and mature to join our team. You will greet customers, discuss cannabis products, and maintain high product knowledge while supporting inventory and merchandising efforts.

The role requires CannSell certification, a clean background check, and availability for shifts including nights and weekends. Pay starts at CAD 17.95–18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
• CannSell Cannabis Retail Certification required.
• Clean criminal background check prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with inventory and stock rotation.
• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities for accessories.
• Ensure store standards and professional conduct at all times.
• Take orders, prepare products for purchase, and process transactions accurately.
• Assist with display, inventory management, and store maintenance.
• Deliver information effectively to a range of customers.
• Work nights, weekends, holidays, and across locations as needed.
