Job summary

Canna Cabana Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ontario to lead a fast-paced cannabis retail team, drive sales, and ensure compliance with AGCO and company SOPs.

You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, manage inventory, and uphold high standards of customer service in a dynamic, unionized environment. This role requires flexibility for nights, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• CannSell license required or ability to obtain from AGCO.
• 4-5+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of cannabis retail regulations and AGCO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Store Manager and team with procedures, policies, and training.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory, compliance, and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate log of all required records.
• Open/close procedures and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
