Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail management or as an assistant manager in a customer service environment.
• High school diploma.
• Strong leadership to manage and mentor staff.
• Knowledge of retail cannabis is an asset.
• Strong computer skills and basic software experience.
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
• Understand laws and regulations applicable to the industry, safety rules and SOPs.
• Strong floor leadership and coaching to develop staff.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and inventory; ensure accuracy.
• Schedule store and staff.

• Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to management.
