High Tide Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Canna Cabana cannabis retail operation in Ontario.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to supervise daily store activities, support staff, manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The role requires experience in retail management, a CannSell license (or ability to obtain AGCO licensure), strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• CannSell license from AGCO is required or obtainable within first month
• 4-5+ years of retail management experience
• Possess or ability to obtain Cannabis Retail Manager License from AGCO
• Clean Criminal Background check
• First Aid certification is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in a Unionized environment beneficial
• Knowledge of cannabis industry and AGCO policies/laws
• Able to work nights, holidays and weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
