Muse Cannabis Co. seeks Budtenders who love connecting with people, learning about cannabis, and delivering a thoughtful guest experience in our Burnaby store.

You’ll listen to guests, guide product selections, and process transactions while maintaining store standards and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates are 19+, flexible for evenings and weekends, with 2+ years in retail or customer service, a genuine interest in cannabis, and the ability to obtain provincial cannabis certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 2+ years of retail, hospitality, sales or customer service experience.
• Warm, approachable and able to connect with people.
• Genuine interest in cannabis and ongoing product education.
• Strong customer service instincts without the hard sell.
• Dependable and detail oriented in a busy environment.
• Ability to obtain provincial cannabis certification.
• Pre-employment criminal record check completed.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
• Listen first and help guests discover products that are right for them.
• Build cannabis knowledge and share accurate, responsible product information.
• Process transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Check ID and follow cannabis regulations and store procedures.
• Restock products and keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support inventory counts, receiving and loss prevention.
• Jump in wherever needed to support teammates and keep the store running smoothly.
• Help guests feel comfortable asking questions and learning about cannabis.
