Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Valid Selling It Right certification.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
• Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and professionalism when handling challenging situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn about cannabis products, regulations, and industry developments.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.

• Process transactions accurately while following provincial cannabis regulations.
• Receive, process, stock, and organize inventory and incoming orders.

• Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns, using sound judgment to resolve routine issues.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers to support smooth daily operations and shared store goals.
