Muse Cannabis Co. is seeking a Keyholder to lead on shift, connect with guests, and share cannabis knowledge while delivering a premium concierge-style experience.

You’ll guide teammates, handle opening/closing duties, and help maintain a well-merchandised store that complies with regulations. This role emphasizes guest care, leadership, and ongoing product education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in cannabis and ongoing product education.
• Warm, approachable manner with strong connection skills.
• Great customer service and sales instincts without hard sell.
• Dependable, confident leader when busy, able to stay calm.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to obtain provincial cannabis certification.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, personalized guest experience.
• Listen to guide guests to appropriate products; avoid pushy selling.

As a Keyholder, you’ll be a trusted on-shift leader — supporting guests, guiding your teammates, solving problems, and keeping the store running smoothly. You’ll lead by example and help create the warm, personalized, concierge-style experience Muse is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, personalized experience for every guest.
• Listen first and help guests discover products that are right for them — never push.
• Lead by example and provide direction and support during your shift.
• Help teammates build their cannabis knowledge and confidence with guests.
• Support store sales goals while keeping the guest experience at the centre.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including cash management.
• Keep the store organized, well-merchandised, and looking its best.
• Follow cannabis regulations and store procedures.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Step up, solve problems, and keep things moving when you’re leading the shift.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience.
• Previous Keyholder or leadership experience is an asset.
• A genuine interest in cannabis and ongoing product education.
• A warm, approachable style and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Strong customer service and sales instincts without the hard sell.
• You’re dependable, confident taking the lead, and calm when things get busy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain the required provincial cannabis certification.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.
