You’ll listen to guests, guide product selections, and process transactions while maintaining store standards and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates are 19+, flexible for evenings and weekends, with 2+ years in retail or customer service, a genuine interest in cannabis, and the ability to obtain provincial cannabis certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 2+ years of retail, hospitality, sales or customer service experience.
• Warm, approachable and able to connect with people.
• Genuine interest in cannabis and ongoing product education.
• Strong customer service instincts without the hard sell.
• Dependable and detail oriented in a busy environment.
• Ability to obtain provincial cannabis certification.
• Pre-employment criminal record check completed.

As a Budtender, you'll help guests feel comfortable exploring cannabis - listening to what they're looking for, answering questions, and sharing knowledgeable recommendations without the hard sell. You'll also help keep the store running smoothly and looking its best.
