Lockheed Martin Corporation in Canada is seeking a Domestic Portfolio Capture Manager to lead capture efforts for new or re-compete contracts and task orders. You will shape and win new business by balancing customer value, competitive intelligence, and the corporation's interests.

You will develop capture strategies, identify customers, assess competition, assemble teaming arrangements, and participate in bid and proposal activities while guiding a cross-functional team through the pursuit.

Qualificações

• Broad experience in supporting solution development on the technical, programmatic, industrial, and commercial perspectives.
• Experience in project management, or cross functional technical team leadership.
• Experience in working in a complex, fast-paced solution development organization.
• Focus on clarity of communication and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Presenting to senior leadership organizations (able to get a clear message across)
• Working with potential partners / sub-contractors
• Working with customer communities
• Understanding of the defence industrial domain
• Experience with defence procurement process
• Experience with operational communities and an understanding of organizational structures
• Experience in Capture domain
• Training in capture process
• Experience in proposal development
• Strong bilingual communicator (French/English)
• Ability to travel when required
• Focus on results and driving initiatives forward.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and integrate the assigned cross-functional team for the pursuit.
• Develop capture strategy including business solutions for pursuit of opportunities; identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win; participates in bid and proposal activities.
• Has responsibility to lead and integrate the assigned cross-functional team and authority to direct team activities for the duration of the pursuit.
• Maintains ongoing interaction with business development.
