Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 5+ years in strategy, business development, capture, proposals, or client engagement.
• PMI-APMP certification is an asset.
• Translate technical and commercial information into clear strategies.
• Fluent English; knowledge of a second language (French) is preferred when working with cross-Canada projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit strategy, competitor analysis, and market research to identify differentiators and win themes.
• Facilitate strategic workshops with senior leaders and project teams.
• Develop project-specific BD presentation strategies and coach SMEs for client interviews.
• Support governance reviews and client engagement planning.
• Partner with Proposal Managers to shape content and messaging for client-centric bids.
• Contribute to broader sales excellence initiatives and process improvements.
