Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp in St. Catharines, Ontario is seeking a dedicated maintenance cleaner to participate in a structured program that keeps our store clean and safe for customers and associates.

You will work with the Stocking 3 Coach and teammates to follow cleaning regimens, uphold food safety standards, service coolers and display fixtures, inspect equipment, and maintain supplies. Starting pay is $18.05 per hour and there are opportunities to grow with the team in a fast-paced retail

• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
