Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a team member to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program at the Pincher Creek store. The role focuses on keeping the environment clean and safe while helping manage expenses.

You will work with associates to ensure proper cleaning of Fresh Departments, comply with food safety guidelines, and keep equipment in safe working order. The position starts at CAD 16.45 per hour and offers opportunities to develop store operations skills.

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with associates on a cleaning regimen.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments including coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection of all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by completing required in-store certification programs and working in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
• When required, clean floors following a system of mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.45.
