We An-Ser in Regina, SK is hiring a Full Time Call Centre Agent to handle a high volume of inbound calls in an in-office setting. Compensation is $17/hr plus benefits, with a consistent 4-day work week (10-hour shifts).

You will be trained on our internal call processing systems and industry-leading tools, ensuring accurate message capture and excellent service without telemarketing.

Full Time Call Centre Agent
Location: Regina, SK (In-Office)
Compensation: $17/hr (+ benefits)

Love helping people but hate the pressure of sales? At We An-Ser, we do things differently. We provide essential inbound communication support for medical offices, professional services, property management, and more.

Your day-today will be managing a high-volume of inbound calls and ensuring any message taken is captured efficiently with accuracy. To be set up for success, you will be trained on our internal advanced call processing systems and industry-leading tools. We are an inbound call center only, so telemarketing calls or sales solicitations are not part of the role.

We are looking for dedicated, open-minded individuals who are looking for a long-term career and bring an upbeat tone, a strong command of English, and a typing speed of at least 35 WPM. Additionally, if you value punctuality and the kind of accountability essential to a lasting team, we would love to have you grow with us!
