Job summary

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln in Canada is seeking a motivated Spanish-speaking BDC Representative to join our dealership team. You will handle inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat, schedule appointments, and build rapport with bilingual customers while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, has BDC experience, and demonstrates excellent communication, organization, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in bothSpanish and English(spoken and written)
• Must have BDC experience in the past
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Previous experience in BDC, call center, customer service, sales, or automotive is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
