Qualifications

• Proven ability to follow up with leads and convert inquiries to appointments or sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text.
• Match customer needs with available vehicles and dealership offerings.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Build knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Work with the sales team to support sales goals.
• Contact internet leads, referrals, and past customers.
• Track lead activity and appointment results.
