Shermco Canada is seeking a Territory Account Manager based in Calgary, Alberta to grow the customer base and manage key accounts across Alberta and Western Canada. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B outside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Familiarity with electrical power services and safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory and account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Create and maintain a forward-looking opportunity pipeline with new-logo acquisition.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with industrial clients, data centres, hospitals, utilities, electrical contractors, and other technical customers.
• Develop and expand relationships across multiple levels of customer accounts through site visits and reviews.
• Convert meetings into identified needs, opportunities, quotes, and orders through consultative selling.
• Prepare estimates and proposals in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast accuracy.
• Attend trade shows and industry events.
