All Weather Group is seeking an Account Manager for the Calgary Customer Solutions Center to drive new business and expand our customer base in Western Canada. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers, and lead the sales cycle from inquiry to closing.

The role requires a proactive, results-driven sales professional with 2+ years of experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with proven ability to develop new customers.
• Proactive, self-starting approach to identifying opportunities and building a pipeline.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills.
• Experience using a CRM and ERP system to manage sales activity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
• Education in sales, business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new customers within the Calgary territory.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound calls and networking.
• Present solutions and demos to potential customers and move from quote to close.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to win business while protecting margins.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast opportunities, and report on pipeline progress.
• Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and expand market share.
