  • Build credibility and establish strong relationships with decision-makers, including builders, contractors, and other industry contacts.
  • Maintain existing accounts while actively pursuing opportunities to grow their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate quotes, product information, and customer requirements.
  • Represent All Weather at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build awareness and generate leads.
  • Stay informed about our products, industry developments, and market conditions to strengthen your sales approach.
Are you built for this?

We're looking for someone who is energized by the pursuit of new business, comfortable initiating conversations, and motivated by achieving measurable results.

Here’s what you’ll bring:
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with demonstrated success in business development, prospecting, and winning new customers.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach to identifying opportunities and building a sales pipeline.
  • Confidence initiating conversations with prospective customers, engaging decision-makers, and presenting solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on opportunities, and work toward sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen, including an understanding of pricing, profitability, and customer value.
  • Experience using a CRM and ERP system to manage sales activity, opportunities, and customer information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Education in sales, business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
  • A valid Class 5 driver's licence and a clear driver's abstract.
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
