This is a unique opportunity to combine segment leadership, business development, and strategic account management into one highly visible role. The Business Segment Manager will own the strategy, growth, profitability, and market development of FUCHS Canada's Specialty Markets portfolio. As these segments continue to expand, the successful candidate will work directly with customers, OEMs, distributors, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop new business, expand key accounts, and establish FUCHS as a market leader. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and a hands‑on commercial mindset. This is not a desk‑based marketing position. The successful candidate will spend significant time in the market building relationships, qualifying opportunities, supporting trials, and driving profitable growth.
Focus Areas: Food Processing, Packaging Materials, Rail, Construction Materials, Wind Energy, and other emerging specialty industries.
