What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for vendors, issuing performance updates and resolving inquiries
- Audit product data, pricing, inventory details, and invoices for accuracy across vendor submissions and internal systems
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, finance, and customer experience teams to ensure timely product launches and order flows
- Identify operational issues and develop data‑driven recommendations to enhance vendor accountability and streamline processes
- Conduct promotional performance analysis and translate insights into actionable adjustments for planning and inventory positioning
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in business operations, merchandising operations, vendor management, demand planning, or supply chain coordination
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and understanding of operational KPIs
- Experience using ERP and e‑commerce systems to drive accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills to lead vendor discussions and maintain strong working relationships
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
