SitePartners, based out of our Abbotsford HQ, is seeking a mid-level Business Development Manager to drive new business and manage accounts. You will own a portfolio, run outbound prospecting, deliver pitches, and coordinate across the Site Group to grow revenue.
Ideal candidates have 2-5+ years in BD/sales, comfort with the full sales cycle, and a track record of hitting targets. A strong relationship-builder with strong communication skills is required, with post-secondary education an asset.
SitePartners is a specialized marketing agency built for the industrial sector. We solve business problems, build brands, and drive growth for the construction, manufacturing and resource sectors. We are a full-service marketing partner that moves organizations forward.
We have an opening for a Business Development Manager to join our team, based out of our Abbotsford HQ. This is a mid-level sales role covering both new business development and account management, with the opportunity to sell across the full Site Group of companies.
So what kind of person fits the role? Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation with a stranger, but just as comfortable nurturing a relationship over the long haul. A person who is motivated by hitting targets, organized enough to keep a busy pipeline moving, and genuinely curious about the businesses they're talking to. Experience selling into industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related sector clients is a strong asset, but we're open to strong sales professionals from a range of backgrounds.
SitePartners is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered. We believe our differences make us stronger and actively seek to build a team that reflects the rich diversity of the communities we serve. We strive to ensure equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other unique characteristic, and we are committed to continually improving our practices.
Join us in our commitment to building a workplace where every voice is heard and everyone has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
