Job summary

You will capture requirements, map current and future-state processes, and develop SOPs to support transformation initiatives. The role collaborates with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to deliver improvement roadmaps and executive-ready findings.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process walkthrough sessions to gather business requirements.Create process documentation including process maps, SOPs, workflows, business procedures, and operating models.
• Design future-state processes and recommend process optimization initiatives.Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to drive process improvement programs.
• Support change management activities and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.Prepare executive-ready presentations, findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
