Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive requirements and translate them into actionable solutions for initiatives in Calgary.

You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, map and improve processes, write user stories and specs, support UAT, and partner with cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum are essential.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against objectives.
• Track requirements through the project lifecycle and support change management.
• Assist with business readiness, post-implementation reviews, and benefits realization.
