Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall projects in Calgary.

You will create BRD and FSD, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with business objectives while supporting UAT, testing, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
• Expertise in Process Mapping, Workflow Analysis, and Documentation.
• Experience creating BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FSD (Functional Specification Documents).
• Strong skills in Stakeholder Management and Business Communication.
• Ability to conduct Gap Analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and solution validation.
• Coordinate with Development, Testing, and Support Teams.
• Facilitate Workshops, Meetings, and Requirement Gathering Sessions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in JIRA, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Enterprise Solutions and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting Tools.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
