Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to lead workshops, gather requirements, and design data mappings for complex API integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate BRDs, interface specs, and data flows, enabling successful project delivery. We expect strong document management, API/ETL experience, and certifications like CBAP or PMP.

Qualifications

• Good years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong experience with requirements management and functional design.
• Expertise in data mapping, data schemas, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSD, and JSON Schema.
• Experience with fixed-width and delimited file structures.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• SQL, Informatica, and API testing tools.
• JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Accessibility standards knowledge.
• CBAP, CAPM, or PMP certification.
• Mentoring and team collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and gather business requirements.
• Create and manage BRDs, Functional Design, Solution Design, Interface Specifications, and Data Mapping documents.
• Facilitate client meetings and align stakeholders on project deliverables.
• Analyze API integrations, data flows, and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
• Maintain documentation standards and support testing activities.
