Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Building Operation experience is required.

• Mechanically inclined and able to perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance duties on HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and correct deficiencies.
• Respond to emergency requirements during afterhours and weekends.
