Job summary

HUB International in Canada is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) to nurture a portfolio of builder members from day one. You’ll onboard clients, guide them through the warranty process, and identify opportunities to expand coverage while delivering trusted, responsive service.

Working with the Client Development Specialist, you will cross-sell insurance products and grow revenue in your book of business. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and a true advisor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License, or ability to obtain one (supported).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; phone presence essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships across builder members.
• Serve as the go-to contact and ensure responsive, knowledgeable service at all stages.
• Drive sales and cross-sell insurance products to grow revenue in your book.
