Job summary

HUB International in Canada is seeking a Personal Insurance Associate for our Renewal Team to protect clients' assets with outstanding service and solid product knowledge in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance. You will engage clients proactively and build lasting relationships.

This hybrid role offers flexible in-branch and remote work, requires 1–2 years of Personal Insurance experience, and may include licensing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience.
• Desire to deliver exceptional client service.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team.
• Industry designation (CIP/CAIB/CRM) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients prior to policy renewals to review coverage.
• Build and nurture client relationships and ensure policies reflect circumstances.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and enhance coverage.
• Achieve retention and satisfaction targets with personalized attention.
• Provide expert advice on Personal Lines products; hybrid in-branch/remote work.
