Job summary

HUB International, a leading construction insurance broker, is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to manage a portfolio of builder members, onboarding them and guiding them through the warranty process. You will work with the Client Development Specialist to cross-sell products, identify coverage opportunities, and ensure a high level of service at every touchpoint.

A Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance license is preferred, with company-supported licensing.

Qualifications

• A naturally outgoing personality with a love of building relationships.
• Sales-driven with the ability to grow a book of business.
• License in General Insurance or drive to obtain one with company support.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships for a portfolio of builder members.
• Drive sales and cross-sell insurance products.
• Support new membership and enrollment processes.
• Be the expert your clients rely on with HUB Warranty offerings.
