Job summary

HUB International in Canada is seeking a Personal Insurance Associate who will help protect individuals' assets and provide outstanding client service with friendly, knowledgeable guidance on habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

You will engage clients, follow up on leads, handle renewals, and strive to meet sales and retention goals while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Personal Lines products. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for licensing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience.
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
• Strong communication and proactive client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and advise on Personal Insurance coverage.
• Follow up on sales leads and referrals.
• Process renewals and ensure accurate policy issuance.
• Achieve sales and retention goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Personal Lines and Auto products through ongoing education.
