Job summary

Westburne in St. Catharines, ON, is seeking a Branch Manager to run the branch operations, including sales, warehousing, budgeting, and inventory. You will report to the District Manager and provide direction, training, and coaching to staff.

You will oversee hiring, training, supervision, and ensure a high level of customer service while enforcing health & safety policies. Building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• You have at minimum 2-3 years demonstrated supervisory and sales experience.
• You have a proven record of achieving revenue targets.
• You are a strong communicator, problem-solver and leader.
• You are a team player.
• You are organized and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have electrical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring, training and supervision of all personnel.
• P&L responsibility of the branch, managing budgets, expenses & inventory.
• Consistently ensure a high level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance from all employees with health & safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience.
