Job summary

Westburne in St. Catharines, ON, is seeking a Branch Manager to run the branch operations, including sales, warehousing, budgeting, and inventory. You will report to the District Manager and provide direction, training, and coaching to staff.

You will oversee hiring, training, supervision, and ensure a high level of customer service while enforcing health & safety policies. Building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives are key aspects of the role.

About the job

As the Branch Manager based in St. Catherines, ON, you will effectively manage the operations of the branch which will include sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory. Reporting to the District Manager, you will provide direction, training and coaching to all branch staff.

In addition, your duties will also include:

• You will oversee the hiring, training and supervision of all personnel
• You will have P&L responsibility of the branch, managing budgets, expenses & inventory
• You will consistently ensure a high level of customer service
• You will ensure compliance from all employees with all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Requirements

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is approximately CAD 70000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel's total rewards package.
