E.B. Horsman & Son in Richmond, BC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and guide a high-performing team. You will oversee staffing, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with corporate leaders to achieve branch goals while ensuring exceptional customer service.

The role requires extensive experience in the electrical industry with strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to EBH’s values of teamwork and integrity. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry and/or similar industry.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience.
• Proven ability to form strategic partnerships, build relationships and respect cultural diversity.
• Outside sales experience and valid driver’s license with own vehicle; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and strategic planning; manage staff and delegate duties.
• Drive branch sales growth and maintain an active account base.
• Mentor and empower branch teams; hire, evaluate performance, set goals.
• Collaborate with corporate, district, and technical managers to ensure efficiency.
• Analyze data to meet branch KPIs and prepare annual budgets and reports.
