Job summary

Westburne, the Canadian market leader in electrical distribution, seeks a dynamic General Manager for the Westburne Midwest division. Responsible for P&L, strategic direction, and talent development across Manitoba and Saskatchewan, you'll drive sales, market share, and vendor relationships.

The role requires a proven leadership track record in large-scale distribution, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead a dispersed workforce with credibility and integrity.

Qualifications

• University degree and 15+ years of leadership experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction and MRO distribution.
• Experience managing multiple branch operations delivering superior results.
• Experience in electrical products distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development of the management team to achieve organizational and personal goals.
• Evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Take corrective action to solve business problems and challenges.
• Ensure performance plans are set and continuously improved; drive process improvements.
• Shape division culture and foster high morale and engagement.
• Collaborate with Rexel Canada functions and banner-level departments to coordinate activities.
